Built for teams that take security seriously

Your recordings contain internal tools, client data, product roadmaps, proprietary processes. That's sensitive content. We built ExplainItOnce with that in mind from day one, not as a layer on top.

Everything stays in the EU. All processing and storage runs in European data centers. Your content never leaves the region. This isn't where we happened to deploy. It's how we designed it: all infrastructure regions locked to Europe, no fallback elsewhere.

AI systems don't store or train on your content. The AI services we use for transcription, voice generation, and script cleanup are configured with their strictest privacy settings. Your content is processed and discarded. Never stored by third parties. Never used for training.

Encrypted in transit and at rest. Standard, but worth stating.

User-level data isolation. Row-level security means each user can only access their own records. Your content is never visible to other users, even at the database level.

Enterprise authentication. Secure login with Microsoft and Google SSO. No password to manage or forget.

Ephemeral processing. Video processing runs in isolated containers that are destroyed after each job completes. No persistent storage during processing. Secrets injected at runtime, never baked in. Memory cleared on termination.

Regular security reviews. We audit our own code for vulnerabilities: SQL injection, cross-site scripting, the rest of the OWASP top 10. Part of how we build, not a quarterly checkbox.

Built by someone who knows what auditors look for. Our founder spent over a decade in enterprise software, including building and maintaining systems under ISO 27001 certification. We build accordingly.

You own everything. Every video, transcript, and document you create belongs to you. We don't claim any rights to your content.
